The Influence platform will undergo maintenance with little risk of product disruption on Saturday, 29th November 2025 09:00–11:00 UTC (10:00–12:00 CET, 04:00–06:00 ET, 20:00–22:00 AEDT).

What’s happening:
We’re carrying out planned upgrades to keep the Influence platform running smoothly and reliably.

What this means for you:
There is minimal risk of product disruption and no action is needed from your side, you can continue using Influence as normal.

How long will it take:
We expect the work to last less than 1 hour, but we’re reserving a 2-hour window to make sure everything runs as expected.

After the work:
Our engineering team will be online throughout the process and will keep a close eye on the platform.

Update - Monitoring – Facebook & Instagram Data Restored

We have successfully restored Facebook and Instagram data. No data loss has occurred for Facebook or Instagram accounts.

Note: Instagram Hashtag tracking data is unavailable for the duration of the outage period due to Meta API limitations.

Some social channels still require clients to reconnect them in order to resume data collection.

All currently connected channels are operating normally, and data collection has fully caught up.

We will continue to monitor system performance.

Identified - Status Update: Owned Facebook and Instagram Data Collection

We're currently unable to collect data from owned Facebook and all Instagram accounts due to a restriction on our business portfolio, which has impacted necessary permissions. This issue has been escalated to our Product Partnership team.

Non-owned and public Facebook data continues to function normally.

Once the restriction is lifted, we may need to complete a verification process to restore access. We’ll provide another update when we have more information.

Update - We have an update on the ongoing Cloudflare situation.

Due to the wider Cloudflare disruption, all Brandwatch platforms are currently impacted. This includes Social Media Management, Consumer Research and Influence. Users may experience difficulty accessing the platform or face intermittent errors.

Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and remain in close contact with Cloudflare while we work toward full restoration.

We will continue to keep this page updated as new information becomes available.

Monitoring - We have identified a Cloudflare issue that may impact users from accessing Consumer Research and Listen via signin.brandwatch.com, which produces a 500 Internal Server error if the user is not already logged into the platform.

Scheduled - We will be performing a planned upgrade of our login system on Saturday, 15 November, between 9:00–11:00 AM CET (8:00–10:00 AM UTC, 3:00–5:00 AM ET, 7:00–9:00 PM AEDT).

This maintenance will require temporary downtime, and several areas of the platform will be affected during this period.

Impact summary:

-Social Media Management: Fully unavailable during the window.
-Scheduled posts: Posts planned during this time will not publish but will automatically post once systems are back online.
-Engage: Incoming messages will queue and appear after maintenance is complete, with some brief backlog processing.
-Advertise: Scheduled ads will pause during the outage and resume afterward. Paid metrics may briefly stop updating but will catch up later.
-Listen and Measure: Channel metrics for the current day will be delayed until later in the afternoon.
-Single Sign-On (SSO): Existing SSO configurations will not be affected and will continue working as before once the maintenance is complete.
-API Access: API authentication and endpoints will be unavailable during the maintenance window and will resume normal operation afterward.

All systems will return to normal operation once maintenance concludes. Rollback plans are in place, including a full database backup before deployment.
