The Influence platform will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, 20 September 2025 (09:00–12:00 CET, 03:00–06:00 EDT, 17:00–20:00 AEST).
What’s happening:
We’re carrying out planned upgrades to keep the Influence platform running smoothly and reliably.
What this means for you:
The platform will be offline during the window
You may see a 503 error if you try to log in
No action is needed from your side, once the work is done, you can continue using Influence as normal
How long will it take:
We expect the work to last about 1 hour, but we’re reserving a 3-hour window to make sure everything restarts and runs as expected.
After the work:
Our engineering team will be online throughout the process and will keep a close eye on things once the platform is back up.
