Investigating - We’re seeing reduced performance in our YouTube data ingestion pipeline. This means new YouTube posts, comments or metrics may appear with delays, or in some cases may not ingest fully.

Our engineering teams are investigating the root cause and monitoring the pipeline closely. Work is already underway to stabilise performance and restore normal ingestion levels. We’ll provide further updates as we learn more.

Identified - We are currently experiencing delays in mention metrics processing across the platform. This began following the recent outage and has resulted in a backlog that is still being worked through.

Processing has resumed and we are seeing ongoing progress. Our engineering team is also assessing options to safely increase processing capacity while monitoring downstream systems.

This affects mention metrics generated within the past 24 hours. Backfilled data remains accurate.
