Resolved - Our Engineering Team have confirmed the issue causing delays in Query backfills has now been fully resolved.

Queries can now be created and edited as normal. We thank you for your continued patience and apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue has caused.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and the backfill delays are now decreasing. We're continuing to monitor the results.

Our team currently advises users try to avoid creating new queries or editing queries that are waiting to be backfilled as that may cause further backfill delays.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting backfills for new and edited queries as well as New mentions for all queries, which are experiencing delays.

Our team is actively working on the issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

Monitoring - Our Engineering Team have identified the issue causing delays in Query & Dashboard backfills and have implemented a fix to address the cause.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue impacting BCR Queries and Dashboards within the Consumer Intelligence platform. Users may experience delays or failures when attempting to load dashboards or execute queries.
