Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Maintenance for Social Media Management & Consumer Research Apr 5, 2025 07:00-10:00 UTC

We will perform scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 5th April 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM CEST (3:00 AM EDT, 7:00 AM GMT, 6:00 PM AEDT).

Impact: During this period, users will be unable to log in across Brandwatch platforms. All active sessions will be terminated at the start of the maintenance, and new sessions cannot be created until the work is complete. Access via mobile apps may also be affected if re-authentication is required.

Details: This maintenance is part of the rollout of our new Unified Login, designed to improve platform security, streamline authentication, and support future enhancements like SSO and improved 2FA. While login will be unavailable, background services such as data ingestion, scheduled post publishing, message indexing, and ad management will continue to run without disruption. A short disruption in CI public API token requests may occur during the configuration update.

Duration: The maintenance is expected to last approximately 3 hours.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue that is affecting the loading of dashboard data into the platform. Only a small number of Clients are affected by this. Our team is actively investigating the situation to identify the root cause and implement a resolution.
