We’ll be performing essential maintenance on Saturday, May 10th, to support the launch of an improved login experience for all users. During this time, the platform will be temporarily unavailable for login, including for users who sign in via SSO.

Maintenance Window: Saturday, May 10th
5:00–8:00 AM BST, 6:00–9:00 AM CEST, 12:00–3:00 AM ET, 2:00–5:00 PM AEST
We’re allocating the full 3-hour window to ensure a smooth rollout, though maintenance may complete earlier than scheduled.

What to Expect:
-All user login access will be unavailable during the maintenance window, including SSO users.
-SSO configurations will not be affected. After maintenance, all existing SSO setups will continue working as before.
-API access will remain fully operational throughout. API authentication and endpoints will not be affected.

Our Product, Engineering, and Support teams will be actively monitoring the maintenance and ready to respond to any issues.

Once complete, users will be able to log in via a newly upgraded login page designed to enhance your experience.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue affecting Consumer Intelligence, specifically the Custom Alerts feature. Users may encounter a “Server error” message when attempting to view their list of custom alerts.

Our engineering team is actively investigating this with urgency. The issue appears to be intermittent.
