Investigating - We are aware of an issue where TikTok channels are intermittently disconnecting for some clients. This may result in temporary interruptions to data ingestion, publishing capabilities, and the availability of Engage and Measure functionality while channels are disconnected. In some cases, channels may require reconnection during this period.
Our teams are actively investigating the behaviour and are working directly with TikTok to understand the cause of these repeated disconnections. At this time, there is no indication of permanent data loss; however, delays in data ingestion and gaps in publishing, engagement, or measurement activities may occur while the issue persists.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Scheduled -
Date: Saturday, 24 January 2026 Time: 09:00 UTC (10:00 CET, 04:00 EST, 20:00 AEDT) Duration: Approximately 2 hours
We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on Influence during this window.
This maintenance is required to deploy internal improvements to how Influence handles notifications and system communication. As part of this work, some background changes will be made to improve stability and reliability going forward.
While we do not expect prolonged disruption, users may experience intermittent user interface issues during the maintenance window, such as temporary errors or delays when interacting with certain features.
We recommend avoiding critical work in Influence during this time where possible. No data loss is expected.
We will monitor the maintenance closely and provide updates here if anything changes.
Thank you for your understanding.

Investigating -
We are currently aware of an ongoing service disruption affecting X (formerly Twitter).
As a result of this outage, data from X will not be indexing during this time. This issue originates from X’s platform and is outside of our direct control.
We are actively monitoring each area of the Brandwatch suite to assess any potential impact. We will be able to fully evaluate the situation and determine next steps once X services are back up and running.
Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
