TikTok channels can now be reconnected to Social Media Management again, as normal.

We do not expect any data loss from this incident, but please allow up to 30 minutes for the channel to backfill any data that might have been missed during the disconnection of the channel.

Our team continues to look into the root cause of this incident and is taking the necessary steps to avoid any further problems.

We apologise for the disruption and inconvenience this has caused.

Investigating - We are aware of some TikTok accounts abruptly disconnecting from Social Media Management, and a 404 error preventing their reconnection.
