Monitoring - Instagram publishing appears to be restored with posts across all Instagram post types publishing successfully to Instagram.

We are however continuing to monitor the situation as at this point in time Meta's Status Page is cited as having a Partial Outage, which you can read more about here: https://metastatus.com/graph-api

Identified - We are currently investigating an issue impacting Instagram publishing. Based on initial findings, this appears to be related to a potential API issue on Meta’s side.

Investigating - We are currently investigating reports of intermittent issues affecting parts of the Brandwatch platform. Some users may experience difficulties when logging in, including delayed authentication or temporary login failures. In addition, users switching between environments may notice unexpected delays or brief errors during the transition process.

Our initial assessment indicates that this behaviour is related to external network infrastructure impacting traffic routing. The core Brandwatch application remains operational, however certain requests may be intermittently affected while routing stabilises.

Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the situation, analysing traffic patterns, and working to restore full service stability as quickly as possible.
