We do not expect any data loss from this incident, but please allow up to 30 minutes for the channel to backfill any data that might have been missed during the disconnection of the channel.

We are aware of some TikTok accounts abruptly disconnecting from Social Media Management, and a 404 error preventing their reconnection. The team is currently investigating this issue. We will share further updates here as we have them.
