Investigating - We are currently experiencing degraded performance within the Hub application - Publish module of Social Media Management. The impacted areas include continuous loading screens, timeout requests, and other abnormal behaviors.
Please Note: Publish module functionality on desktop for Social Media Management is operational and working as intended. This can be used in place while our team continues investigating the issues with the Hub application.
We are treating the matter as highest priority and apologize for the interruption this causes. We appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this issue.

We are currently investigating reports of our Social Media Management platform failing to load for some users.
Affected users are shown a message that "an error has occurred while loading the application", and advised that this is due to a 3rd party timeout or a failure to load identity information.
Some affected users are able to access the platform via an incognito or private browsing window, but are continuing to experience extended loading times via these windows.
Our Development team has been alerted and we are treating this as a high priority issue, and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
