Resolved - We are happy to inform you that the recent issue affecting Instagram comments and data in Brandwatch Consumer Research has been successfully resolved. Our dedicated engineering teams have worked around the clock to address this, and after extensive testing, we can confirm that the indexing of Instagram data is now back to normal.

Additional Context:
We experienced some issues retrieving data from the Meta API, which caused a delay in indexing Instagram data into Consumer Research. The data itself was not missing or lost, but it was significantly delayed due to minor issues that needed rectification. Once resolved, the data began appearing in a timely manner again.

Our engineers, although satisfied with the current resolution, are already discussing a long-term plan to ensure maximum stability and prevent similar issues in the future.

Identified - Creation of new queries that make use of Social Panels has been re-enabled.
Dashboards that use Social Panels where that Social Panel was created on or after May 16th 2024 may experience issues with Mentions not appearing in their dashboards.
Queries that make use of Social Panels are functioning properly. The data may be seen in the Query's Explore page, however, the associated Dashboards may still not correctly display the data.
Queries and Dashboards that are using a Social Panel that was created before May 16th 2024 are working normally.

1. Creation of new queries that make use of Social Panels has been disabled. This is to preserve system stability whilst engineers work on a resolution.
2. Queries and Dashboards that use Social Panels where that Social Panel was created in the last ~7 days may experience issues with Mentions not appearing in their dashboards.
Our engineers are working on a resolution to these issues with Social Panels and a timeline will be shared once available.
Queries and Dashboards that are using a Social Panel that was created more than 7 days ago are working normally.
