Identified - We are currently investigating an issue impacting data backfill for a subset of clients in Brandwatch.

Our team has identified irregularities causing delays and incomplete historical data population in certain dashboards and queries.

We are actively working to resolve the problem and restore full backfill functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where Instagram Reel posts remaining in a Processing state, and do not publish to the network.

At this time the issue appears to impact only Reel posts, with image posts publishing as normal.

This has been escalated to our Product Team for further investigation, we apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue causes.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue where Instagram posts in Publish are failing to go live as expected.

Based on our latest findings, this appears to be stemming from Meta’s side. Our development team is actively monitoring the situation. We are currently awaiting further updates.
