Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Dashboard Exports. Users may see a red banner message within the platform stating: “PDF/PowerPoint exports not available at this time”, and PDF or PowerPoint exports may fail to generate.

Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
