Our Support chat service provider has advised that their issues are now resolved, and our in-app chat now appears to be working as normal.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing problems with our in-app Customer Support chat bubble in Social Media Management. Brandwatch Customer Support is currently not able to process queries coming in through the chat function.

This has been caused by an outage at our third party vendor.
We appreciate your patience while we wait for the function to be restored back to full functionality.
