Our service provider has applied a fix which appears to have resolved our platform's access issues for previously affected users.

We will continue to monitor for any further developments, and ask that any users still unable to access our platform contact our Support team at social-support@brandwatch.com

Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of our Social Media Management platform failing to load for some users.

Affected users are shown a message that "an error has occurred while loading the application", and advised that this is due to a 3rd party timeout or a failure to load identity information.

Some affected users are able to access the platform via an incognito or private browsing window, but are continuing to experience extended loading times via these windows.

Our Development team has been alerted and we are treating this as a high priority issue, and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
