We have switched to our alternative source of Youtube data for ongoing collection. More work is needed to reprocess data for the gap between the two sources. We anticipate a resolution in the next (approximate) hour.

Investigating

We’re seeing reduced performance in our YouTube data ingestion pipeline. This means new YouTube posts, comments or metrics may appear with delays, or in some cases may not ingest fully.

Our engineering teams are investigating the root cause and monitoring the pipeline closely. Work is already underway to stabilise performance and restore normal ingestion levels. We’ll provide further updates as we learn more.
