Existing, historic mentions data is now processing and will become available in dashboards shortly for affected customers. Newly collected content remains unavailable and we are continuing to work towards full resolution.

Investigating

One of our mentions databases is currently encountering some unexpected issues. This means that customers with queries powered by the affected mentions database are currently unable to load data in their dashboards.

Projected Resolution - Our Systems and Engineering teams are investigating and working to resolve this issue with urgency.
